On January 7th, Council members Daniel Guerrero, Ryan Thomason, Wayne Becak, Kim Porterfield and Shane Scott voted to allow a 1000 bed student apt complex to be built at Cape's Camp. John Thomaides and Jude Prather were the only ones to stand with the voters and vote against the development.
